Criminal Offenses

edited May 2017 in Home Care Archive
Are we allowed to require employees to notify us if they commit an offense
that makes them not eligible to week in home care? Such as no longer having
a valid driver's license, being convicted or accused of a drug offense,
theft, etc?

Certain accrediting bodies also require you to have copies of their DMV reports. And background checks.
