Weight Loss Supplements
For the last 6 months I have increased my exercise (taken advice from two fitness instructors) and stuck to a strict diet with the aim of losing weight. Whilst I have lost some weight on most parts of my body the excess around my waist is not budging. Some friends have suggested a supplement to assist, suggestions so far include CLA, L-Carnitine, Thermopure tablets, Green Tea Extract etc. Anyone used these, and if so, what one would you recommend? Some of my friend suggested me to look out for biofit probiotic supplement reviews, but Before doing so, I want to get some more suggestions, and recommendations.
